My Sons

Both so tall and strong and dear,

But so very different...one from the other.

An adventurer...always willing to take a risk.

The other, so studious and quiet.

Both coming from under my heart

And looking so much alike.

With different hopes and dreams

Living inside to carry them on.

One, looking at times to be led.

The other always wanting to lead.

One so kind, the other blunt.

An adventurer, easily giving of his heart.

A serious student, not so willing to trust.

So very different and yet so alike.

Their love of nature and animals_

Their love of fishing and cars_

Both so headstrong and stubborn.

Both loved by a mother ever

Grateful for the blessing of their birth.
