I'm Eric and I'm 11 years old, just in case you wanted to know. I'm an honor roll student at English Elementary School and no, that doesn't mean I'm a nerd or a geek. I just believe if you're gonna do something; give it your best shot. I love books and my favorite is the "Goose Bumps" books. I own quite a few and always looking for more. I love old horror films, Harry Potter (who doesn't) and dragons. I also love to draw and spend a lot of time doing that. I have a big old mean boxer dog named Charlie. Well, he's not mean to me, but doesn't like strangers. Actually he's pretty cool. I like going to the Y to run and my friends are, Evan, Cody and Douglas. I'm going to add some pictures here and other stuff, so check back. Bye for now.
March 22, 2006: Hi again. I missed school yesterday, had a bad sore throat. Thank goodness it went away fast as tomorrow night I have to go to Geo Bowl. That's an academic competition that I'm usually in every year. It's about Geography. Last year my team did okay but didn't win. We answered every question right on World geography but didn't seem to know much about our own back yard. So, this year we have been studying not only about the world but the US. Maybe we'll do better. Mom said she was going to take pictures, so if they aren't too horrifying, I may post one here. Well, that's my news for now. My Mom has that book expo thing coming up on the first of April. I hope she gets good weather for it. Should be fun. Bye.
May 9, 2006: Hello again, want to catch up on the news. We didn't win the Geo Bowl, but we came close and did pretty good. So all's good. My Mom's book expo went great and the weather was nice. Very cool park down there at Scales Lake. She had a book signing at Barns and Noble, I didn't go to that one, but from what I hear, it was cool. Today I have a field trip to the Indianapolis Speedway. This should really be cool. We're gonna watch them race and some other stuff. Just a couple of more weeks of school left. Summer Vacation!!!! Well, Got to go now, Bye.
